LP’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

LP’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is the policy outlining our ethical principles and expected conduct.

Upon joining LP, all employees learn about and sign our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Every year, all salaried employees complete a Business Ethics Questionnaire, designed both to remind them of ethical obligations and to identify potential ethical issues. And all employees complete annual training on LP Policies and Your Employment, an online course covering values, ethics and expectations of behaviors at work.

Ethical business conduct at LP is more than a checklist or a survey. It’s deeply engrained in our culture. In addition to guidance provided by the LP Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which covers corruption, employees in all functions to which the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act applies receive training about the Act.

It’s not really our style to boast about words like ethics and integrity. We’d rather just put them into action and do things right. Everyday LP people are stepping up to do the right thing, whether in special circumstances or in everyday work– for customers, co-workers, communities, or the environment.

LP Confidential

LP encourages all employees to discuss any ethical or legal concerns in the workplace with their supervisors or functional managers. LP also provides a confidential toll-free telephone line for employees and others to report concerns anonymously if needed.
