Our company, founded in 1973 and headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, is a leading manufacturer of building products. LP focuses on delivering innovative, high-quality commodity and specialty building products to retail, wholesale, homebuilding and industrial customers. Our products are used primarily in new home construction, repair and remodeling, and manufactured housing.
We own and operate 25 manufacturing facilities and Brazilian ownership interest – we own the entire mill now.

SmartSide® products offer a full line of wood-based sidings, trim, soffit and fascia. These products have quality and performance
characteristics similar to solid wood, but at more attractive prices due to lower raw material and production costs.
LP® CanExel® siding and other accessory products include lap, panel and trim products in a variety of patterns and textures. CanExel products offer performance similar to our SmartSide siding, but they’re
prefinished.

Our Engineered Wood Products (EWP) business manufactures and distributes I-Joists, laminated veneer lumber (LVL), laminated strand
lumber (LSL) and other related products.
LP’s other products and operations segment includes our decorative moulding, our South American operations, and our joint venture that produces
cellulose insulation. We also include in this category our remaining timber and timberlands, and other minor products, services and closed
operations.
